This Process is commonly used in engineering coating applications where wear resistance, hardness and corrosion protection are required.It also provides a hard-ductile, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant

surface for operation in service temperatures up to 1000°F (538°C). Electroless nickel plating provides uniform build-up on complex shapes.

We are expertise in Electroless nickel plating on aluminum and its alloys as well as copper and brass. we do plating on stainless steel also .

Types :
we have two types of Electroless nickel plating based on the phosphorous content.
Electroless Nickel - Medium Phosphorous - ( 8% to 10% of Phosphorous).
Electroless Nickel - High Phosphorous - (10% to 12% of Phosphorous).

Specifications :

Thickness up to 60 microns.
Substrates like nickel, steel, brass, aluminium and its alloys can be plated.
Under coats of nickel / copper is available.
